​​Since his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Bank ABC Tunisia in 2022, Saber Ayadi has instilled a new dynamic into the institution, marked by a renowned transformation and sustained growth. Leveraging his proven experience in the finance arena and his ambitious vision, Saber Ayadi has been able to elevate the bank to new heights. Under his leadership, Bank ABC in Tunisia has experienced a leap that currently positions the Bank as a major actor within the local financial marketplace demonstrated by the remarkable growth of its performance indicators, as evidenced by the record profits realized in 2023. 

A graduate of prestigious French schools with a dual major in finance and engineering, Saber Ayadi stands out for his rich international professional experience. His involvement with Bank ABC Group began in 1999 where he held key positions, particularly in Paris and London before joining the Group headquarters in Bahrain as the Group Head of Project and Structured Finance unit. 

In Tunisia, Saber Ayadi has been able to leverage his international network and substantial knowledge of financial markets to develop new business opportunities and thus enable the bank to contribute to the development of the Tunisian economic landscape. Since 2023, the management of Bank ABC in Tunisia has been committed to an approach that allies financial inclusion to sustainable development in its activity. 

Similarly, the bank aims, through its 2023-2026 strategic plan, at consolidating its presence on the local market and becoming one of the most agile and digitized commercial bank in Tunisia.
