ABC Egypt Mobile banking is a one stop secured digital banking application that allows you to manage your accounts to finish your day-to-day banking transactions from your mobile.

You can check account balance and credit card / loan installments; you can apply for other banking services such as cheque book, certificate of deposit, and time deposit.

  • Transfer to local third-party beneficiaries and between your own accounts

  • Manage your accounts & keep track of your daily transactions

There are no fees to use the ABC Egypt Mobile Banking service.

  • If not registered on ABC Digital, you must sign the ABC Digital registration form the nearest branch.
  • If registered on ABC Digital, just download the ABC Egypt mobile banking and complete the process from the mobile application by entering your registered “Email address and password” of ABC Digital.

Account information accessed by Mobile Banking are protected.

  • Go to Profile Section
  • Select “My Beneficiaries”
  • Select " + " in the top right 
  • Fill in the beneficiary details
  • Select the eligible account
  • Select the details icon on the top right
  • Select “Request Cheque book”
  • Go to cards tab
  • Select “Debit Card”
  • Choose “Link accounts to debit card”
  • Choose the optional accounts section, and select the desired account you want to link.

No Account details are stored on the device.

  • Go to profile section
  • Select “ My Statements”    
  • Select the Statement date 
  • View your statement in PDF format
  • Download the ABC Soft token application from App store.
  • Scan the QR to Bind the soft token with your ABC digital user name through ABC Digital portal.
  • Create Soft token PIN.

No limits between your own accounts.

It is very important to download the app from trustworthy and certified source, either from the app stores / gallery or from a trusted link published on the bank’s website.

The book balance is the actual balance of the account at the beginning of the business day.

Available balance is the amount of money in an account that is available for immediate withdrawals or purchase, it is the difference between the account balance and any transaction that has not yet reflected or posted on the account.

To check your loan details, log in to the mobile application and navigate to the "Loans" section. There, you can view information such as loan balance, interest rates, and any outstanding payments.

Yes, the mobile application allows you to easily access your account balances and transaction history. Simply go to the "Accounts" section, and you'll be able to see your account balances and review transaction details for each account.

Making payments from your own accounts is simple. Just select the "Payments" option, choose “transfer between my accounts” and specify the amount. You can then confirm the payment and receive a transaction confirmation.

Absolutely! The mobile application enables you to transfer funds seamlessly within the same bank. Navigate to the " Payments “, choose” ABC Accounts", select the desired accounts, enter the transfer amount, and authorize the transaction.

If you need to block your cards due to lost or stolen purposes, simply access the “Cards" section in the mobile application, select the desired card, and choose the option to block. You can also request a new card and select the desired pick up branch.

Freeze card is a new option in which you can temper ray stop your card in case of lost without the need to visit the branch or contact the call center.

This freeze will disable any type of transaction till you un-freeze the card one the card is found.

If you need to freeze your card for security purposes, simply access the " Cards" section in the mobile application, select the desired card, and choose the option to freeze it. You can also unfreeze or your card through the same process.

To apply for a credit card, access the "Credit Card" section within the mobile application and click on “apply for credit card” and one of bank representative will contact you.

  • Select “Deposits” from home screen
  • Select “Term Deposit” or “Certificate of Deposit”
  • Then complete your request by selecting the type, amount and currency

The Application will logout automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity.
